My browser crashes when I try to open a PDF document from your site.
This usually happens if the Adobe Acrobat Reader program for your browser has been incorrectly installed or has been installed over a previous version. To verify that this is the problem, please try to open another PDF file from another website, or directly from your hard drive. The best fix for this problem is to manually uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs, and then selecting the program for removal. Then download and install the latest Acrobat Reader software from the Adobe website. The latest version of this sofware also fixes some major security issues present in versions prior to version 8.
