Custom Designs Welcome to the Custom Designs section of the site. Over the following pages, you will be able to submit a design to us which we will then do our best to implement, creating your very own unique, fine quality, hand-crafted piece. We have teamed up with one of the foremost manufacturers of Mango Wood items in Chiang Mai province, and through our partnership can now offer the first online production solution to any individual and specific design requirement you may have. We are able to accommodate the needs of organisations which require large numbers of specifically designed pieces - perhaps sporting a company logo or product name - as well as the individual customer looking for something unique to give to a friend or loved one - perhaps with a message or illustration inscribed on it. Currently, there is only one way to submit your design - by file upload. Please note that by clicking on the 'Upload Files' button below, you are agreeing to our Custom Designs Terms & Conditions. File Uploads The main advantage of design submission using file uploads is that you can take your time creating your design documents using your own favourite graphics and text programs whilst offline. When you are ready, you will be able to upload a maximum of 3 files. You will also be given the option, before you upload any files, to add further specific information and comments pertaining to your design which may not have been covered in your design files. We currently accept the following types of files: Microsoft Word (.doc), Rich Text Files (.rtf), Text Files (.txt), Adobe Photoshop (.psd), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), Image Files (.jpg, .gif, .tiff).
